Watch this. A kid's getting written a ticket, then a cop shoves him, then the other cop immediately arrests him.

Yep. Getting shoved by a cop is obviously grounds for immediate arrest. How dare he be shoved!

And people wonder why I have zero respect for the cops...

I do not feel safe around police officers anymore. They're far more dangerous than any two-bit criminal.
