I personally wouldn't doubt it if the Sanford police didn't punch Zimmerman to make it look like he

had been in a fight. It's been done before. It would save Zimmerman his life and protect the police department too. Two birds with one stone. Zimmerman would much prefer a broken nose to a life sentence.
