Next up at U.S. Supreme Court: Number of angels on pinhead.

How many angels can dance on the head of a pin?
Or the point of a needle?
Do angels. in fact, 'dance' at all?
If so, what kind of dance?
Ballroom, foxtrot, square, boogaloo?

It's an age old question dating back hundreds of years.
Are angels physical or metaphysical, or neither?
Are they just 'spiritual'?

The case is being brought by the Rev. Pat Robertson on behalf of the Christian Broadcast Network (CBN).
He and his legal team will be going up against a group of attorneys from the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).

Sorry, this was brought on by the whole 'is it a tax or a penalty?' argument today.
OK, maybe there's some IMPORTANT legal question here, but it still sounds silly.

It's a tradition with them. I had a friend that lived in Ohio for a long time (For which I'm very sorry since Ohio is the Missouri of the East Coast) and he told me that the politicians running that state spent tens of thousands of dollars over arguing what the 'state dirt' should be. It ended up being 'black clay'.

State dirt.....

The debate was between the blue crab and the shrimp.
I think the shrimp won.

next question

If it is a tax then they can delay ruling until 2015, if it isn't a tax punting is much harder.
