But only because Shuler agreed to remove his mean ol' words from his blog & to stop writing about "certain powerful persons".

Alabama's federal government keeps its state well battened-down in keeping its citizens in the dark. They'll decide the reality for Alabamians.

We were taught in grade school about governments like this -- specifically, communist Russia.

If I understood correctly, Shuler is considering a lawsuit against Alabama.

Only because he complied with a extralegal order.

I hope he can bring and win a civil rights case against all involved.
