I live in Virginia, I am 60 years old and a full time caregiver, receiving no pay. I haven't had a job in 4 years.
Does it do me any good to apply for ACA ?

Most hospitals have them. If you can stop by and check with one.
But do so quickly - you have til Monday to at least get an app started.
