I think it will energize dem voters in that they will realize it is important to make sure republicans don't choose any more supreme court justices. If they leave it, it will energize the tea party nuts on the right.

2. That's going a little far

The law was challenged and now the Supreme court will hear it. This is how the system is supposed to work. We might not like the outcome, but that's the way the game goes. Keeping Democrats in the WH is one way to minimize the risk of Supreme court decisions that we don't care for.

BTW, not trying to single you out, but this is yet another example of the watering down of the words 'fascism' or 'fascist' on DU. Most of the time here all they denote is someone or something that a particular poster doesn't like.
