OMAHA, Neb. —Political ads inundate the airwaves, but who's paying for them?
New ads attacking Attorney General Jon Bruning come from a nonprofit called American Freedom Fund. The group does not reveal its donors.
A current advertisement says, “As attorney general he took a big pay raise while spending in his office sky-rocketed.”
Some people believe an ad backed by anonymous donors is disturbing.
