According to most lawyers, the phrase "You're a m*th*rf*c*ng *ssh*ole and I hope you DIE!" is also a term of endearment.

Once the recording is enhanced, they need to get a lot of people who have never heard it and have not heard the various theories to listen and tell what they hear.

Once a possibility is suggested, it's hard to not 'hear' what has been suggested so they need untainted listeners.

Your brain tries to figure out patterns, and it choose patterns you're familiar with. If you are told that you'll hear a certain phrase in a white noise tape, you will, most assuredly.

I still think as far as legalities are concerned, the four words that are the coffin nail for this man are "They always get away."

Right wingnuts give the opposite meanings to things. (Goon being a term of endearment).

Right wingnuts also blame the victim. (Trayvon, the innocent victim that was hunted down and shot, being blamed as if he were a perp).

I'll just be these people are all right wingnuts. I'd put my money on it.
