but its NOT!
Assuming he's using his 'holdover' Federal Employees Health Benefits Plan, as a retiree, he's playing a premium, and a co-pay. I'm not at all certain the government any longer contributes to his premium, as it did when he WAS a government employee.

I may similarly benefit, after my husband retires, if I want to pay the premium. I may, instead, use my Medicare benefits, which Cheney may do too.

faulty cement, and hire Halliburton to clean up the spill.
But "Some People Say" Rush Limbaugh said he hopes it fails.
