C.N.N. Distorts Facts on Zimmerman

Blitzer - "Trayvon Martin, the black teenager who was shot by A NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH CAPTAIN".... GRRRRR! From all the information I have seen, Zimmerman was not a member of any Neighborhood Watch group. Had received NONE of the training that police provide to such groups, and was not a "Captain" of anything! Have at me if my info is incorrect. It seems like CNN is trying to confer some sort of legal authority and legitimacy on Zimmerman by this distortion of the facts.

If he is their "Neighborhood Watch Captain" without any training or background check the entire board and the association may be liable. I sure hope this kids parents sue Zimmerman, the condo board, the condo association, the police and the city for EVERY PENNY they have.

The money won't make up for the loss of their son but you really have to hit these racist bastards in the pocketbook to get their attention.

What has happened to CNN in the last 10 years or so is a shame. THe actual journalists have all left and been replaced by hacks, toadies and stenographers.

This wasn't so much 'distortion' as just lazy and sloppy journalism. Someone thought up a key phrase to use and no one bothered to check its accuracy.

Tried to play the tape where Zimmerman uses a racial slur. The MSNBC censors cut it off until Matthews insisted they play it. Matthews and guest were having a WTF moment. This only a minute ago. Why are the corporate boys so scared over this?
