Florida is in the 11th Federal Circuit of Appeals.
Florida state courts' are divided up by circuit, I think the new prosecutor is from the 4th Florida Circuit Court.

They are probably trying to at least give the appearance of being fair. Scott doesn't want there to be a problem with a SP he appointed in this case. I don't blame

Here in Florida we're not that fond of our fraudster governor.....I think his approval ratings are in the 20s.
