Someone is posting fliers in my neighborhood ranting about a myriad of teabag craziness

Thing is, I was talking to a colleague just last week or so, and the same thing happened not only in her subdivision, but the one adjacent to hers.

Today I found it taped to my mailbox. Looks to be a little larger than a 3x5 index card. I was curious and drove around my subdivision and saw they are posted on many of my neighbor's mailboxes.

It reads word for word (I can't scan it because I never bothered to set up my scanner/printer:

5. It is illegal to post fliers on or in mailboxes.

They could be charged U.S. postage for every flier posted on a mailbox.
If you can catch them in the act get a picture and take it and one of the fliers to your local post office.

just call the po and complain. If it touches the box, they will send them a bill for postage for the approximate number of them. And they were kind enough to add a contact page so they can figure out who to bill.
