Seriously, I really have a genuine fear of walking down crowded sidewalks in 'The City' with all those umbrellas attacking my face from every direction; the pointiest ones are ALWAYS at eye level.

I haven't been to San Francisco in several years and I miss it. It's one of my favorite cities... gotta get back there soon!

Let's hope there are a few more storms headed this way after next week's break. Don't the streets smell nicer after a bit of rain? My old office is in the building next to Zoetrope (Victorian builting, Coppola's HQ.) in that first photo, second bay window on the 3rd floor. used to wave to the neighbors across the street every morning.

Great photos, I hope you had fun out in the rain today.

(I've lived in the Midwest where they have very serious lightning, tornadoes, and hail.)

Nevertheless, mild-mannered dog is hiding under my desk.
