I have a question for those that know the GS laws of EEOC...If Arizona enacts this law doesn't that

Require the federal government to either fight the law or move ALL federal agencies out of the state to not subject their employees to discrimination?

In other words this law would violate federal guidelines so the justice dept would have to step in and file against it in federal court right? So why would these morons even try to enact such stupidity?

It's a jobs creation bill. This clearly unconstitutional bill creates jobs for Republican lawers OffWithTheirHeads Feb 2014 #1

When the Tealiban lawers have to fight this in the courts, the Arizona taxpayers foot the bill, ergo, job creation don't you see?

there's whole lot of there there.

The DOJ should confront this as it will likely violate nearly all EEOC rules. Remember, EEOC means Equal Employment Opportunity Commission so it based on employment issues.

But it does mean that discrimination against "target" groups regarding employment will surely be violated in general. then there is a whole sector of federal contractors who are subject to rules that are generally more focused. In fact some landmark SCOTUS decisions are based on federal contractors in AZ.

Here's some info to browse... so that I don't misinterpret anything.
