Imagine if Trayvon Martin killed Zimmerman in the supposed fight, and then claimed self defense.

Zimmerman came upon Martin for doing absolutely nothing---brandished a gun,---which certainly constituted a threat.

If Martin defended himself and ended up killing Zimmerman, do you think the "Stand your Ground" law would apply then?

Not a chance---cops would have arrested the Black kid on the spot.

We would hear a glorious "volunteer hero shot by hood" story presented by MSM. Trayvon would be sitting in a cell, without his rights attended to.

The one that has "blood on the leaves and blood at the root". There's a better than 50% chance that he wouldn't have made it to the jail still breathing.

With the way this police dept has stood down on its responsibilities this far, this would be totally in line with the rest of their behavior.
