The law is on the books. It is the Sherman anti trust law that Reagan quit enforcing. And the way to take the media back is for the DOJ to file anti trust suits against all the large media corporations. They are all monopolies. And that includes Fox. Of course I would not hold my breath because no one seems to have the moxie to do it. We should break up Walmart as well.

All you will hear is "DOJ ATTACKS FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS!" because they are the ones who dictate the message, and that message will be jammed down our throats.

You're right, though. We need more independent newspapers and local news outlets.
