TOM KLUDT FEBRUARY 12, 2014, 8:30 AM EST
A "Morning Joe" panelist was shocked to learn Wednesday that some people weren't dazzled by Chris Christie's visit to Chicago.
NBC chief White House correspondent Chuck Todd stopped by the pro-Christie show and was immediately asked if the New Jersey governor had a "pretty good day" on Tuesday, when he delivered highly partisan remarks at the Economic Club of Chicago.
The question confused Todd.
"I guess it's a good day that what? That he didn't get, that more indictments didn't come in," Todd said.
(No indictments have been handed down in the investigation of last year's politically motivated lane closures on the George Washington Bridge)

I like the way Chuck kept sipping his beverage to keep himself from saying something regretful. Classy.

Wallace is on a really short fuse today...typical repukes can dish it out but obviously can't take it...

She (like Steve Schmidt) was pretty open about her frustration with Palin after the campaign was over but (unlike Schmidt) still seems to think that Palin is viable politically outside of being just a tea-party cheerleader.

(600 posts)A governor, facing charges of extreme abuse of power over petty grudges, a growing picture of a politician as a weight throwing bully, gives one (presumably) good speech...and that means he's a contender?...a CONTENDER I tell ya! Sure he may be a corrupt power abusing bully but he gave a good speech!
Isn't that what they try to accuse Democrats of in regards to Obama but without, you know, evidence?
