Why does Ed say the "dog story" is entertaining and doesn't matter?

That is in how it seems to be affecting the campaign (this is the sad story of Seamus.)

Even Richard Wolfe says it does affect people.

Sometime I just can't figure out Ed at all!!

in peoples' votes, that's all.

I think they (the people) haven't heard the whole story and it hasn't been played up how traumatic that is for an animal.

But that's all I think Ed was saying, that it hasn't seemed to be a key reason in too many peoples' vote for or against Romney.

A. We agree it's a horrible thing to do
but
B. But we'll still vote for R-money

It's anon-starter for the GOP voter.

Voters were asked and the bottom line was that it would not make a difference in whom they chose to vote for.

Wish I could remember where I read or heard that but I can't. I'll see if I can google it.

Hartmann thinks it's an extremely important story that will affect the way people see Romney.
