Alberta's Wildrose Party campaign bus gaffe

The Wildrose Party is probably the most right-wing "legitimate" party in Canada, running to challenge, from the right, the governing Conservatives in Alberta.

Check out their recent campaign bus screwup:

The so-called bust bus fiasco has sent Alberta’s election off to a bizarre start – how was it that those two wheels ended up right there, directly under the neckline of a female politician’s campaign bus photo? And was the reaction sexist?

With a campaign expected to officially begin next Monday, the right-wing, libertarian Wildrose Party unveiled its campaign bus at Alberta’s legislature Monday. The bus is covered in a decal, or “wrap,” with the Wildrose logo, website and a picture of its leader, Danielle Smith. But her head and shoulders are directly above the two back wheels, framing them.

The party received a proof of the design before approving it, but saw nothing amiss. “I saw it last week. Didn’t even dawn on me,” one (male) party staffer said.

Twitter users, however, weren’t as pure of mind – they quickly saw a double-entendre and a photo of the bus spread quickly online.

It was a deliberate symbol. The Wild Rose Teaparty wanted to send the message...that the breasts and teet of the State were now steel capped, and would not be giving lifegiving milk to the citizens anymore.
The taxpayer would go to the State teets to suck, and would only get steel hubcaps and suck air.
No more milk for the taxpayers.

From now on, all Wildrose breast milk would only go to the US oil Corporate welfare for maximum oil profits.
When you go to the Wildrose teet, all you get to drink is oil oil oil.

The Wildrose Republic Christian Army of steel-breasted Sarah Palin bus copycats is on the road.
They can see Alaska from their house!

Alta, the land of milk and honey for US oil Execs.
Alberta....come to rape, pillage, destroy the environment...Momma steel-teets has your back.
