No Amount Of Facts Or Persuasion Will Deter The GOP From Its Agenda To Make People Miserable.

Recent questioning of some GOPPER legislators show that NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING will sway them from apposing restoring unemployment insurance or raising the minimum wage. They are forever apposed to do anything about either. And they are going on super steroids against women with extremely cruel laws effecting women's reproductive rights.

There are two possibilities. One is the they are just completely stupid or clueless. The other is that they feel totally safe protected by the Koc"k" Brothers and their allies, voter suppression, gerrymandering, etc.

What is going on with these people is so unbelievable that it cannot be real. Is this a bad nightmare or what. MY hope is that things will come crashing down on them.

When you see polls where the Koc"k" brother are pouring millions into ads you have to wonder what will happen in November. The money looks like it will have huge effect on the election. And we have the rich willing to pour a billion or more dollars to buy the next cycle.

The aide said that guys like me were "in what we call the reality-based community," which he defined as people who "believe that solutions emerge from your judicious study of discernible reality." ... "That's not the way the world really works anymore," he continued. "We're an empire now, and when we act, we create our own reality. And while you're studying that reality—judiciously, as you will—we'll act again, creating other new realities, which you can study too, and that's how things will sort out. We're history's actors…and you, all of you, will be left to just study what we do.
