Thanks for this. It touched me. I've learned a lot more about Pete Seeger since he died. He was quite a guy and made and will make a lasting impression.

His home in Beacon overlooks the Great Hudson River near Cold Spring, NY. It's on the side of a great hill, and across the river are more mountains.
I do believe I have heard him say that though, and I couldn't agree with him more.
