Could some of you give me your opinions on this

from what I read this gives a Carte Blanche to draft personnel if needed
and obtain materials if needed

Figured the government could always do that if they decided they needed to.

This is the DNA of FEMA...200 years of metamorphosis. Some blogger in California started the alarms ...shows how ignorant of our history that alarmist is....some blog about farm wars. This started here at DU last night I believe .. Now it's Spamming.

War as broken, or Yellowstone blew it's top. In either case you will be busy trying to stay alive.
