Republicans are really screwed up

Republicans are really screwed up

by LaFeminista

We have one leaving because his party is brain dead

I think there’s a cultural problem within the Republican Party that’s beyond fixing. I think the leadership of the Republican Party is so out of touch with life in America today that I just decided that it’s not worth fixing. I don’t think they can win a national election again. Pull the plug on the patient, the party’s brain dead.”

The we have another screaming that they are not bigotted enough and threatening to take his ball back

Dave Agema, the Republican National Committee member under fire for comments and Facebook postings seen as intolerant, is bypassing this week’s RNC meetings, saying his critics are using them as a pretext for a “drawn-out fight between liberals and conservatives in the party.”

And finally yet another getting snotty with his wife

"The wife is to voluntarily submit, just as the husband is to lovingly lead and sacrifice," Pearce wrote in a December memoir "Just Fly The Plane, Stupid!" that discusses the Bible. "The husband's part is to show up during the times of deep stress, take the leadership role and be accountable for the outcome, blaming no one else."

Pearce also writes that while the wife is not inferior, she must nevertheless be obedient to her husband.

I thought this was meant to be the year when the Republican party gathered us all around the campfire and we were all to sing Kumbaya?

They're so deep in denial about so many things that they're absolutely impervious to incursions of reality.

mass exodus from the GOP of anyone who claims to be against bigotry. But I won't hold my breath. Most will shill for Rand Paul now, is what I'm going to guess. Libertarians have a strange line in the sand as they support the plutocracy, which love theocrats to shush the masses.

Let them keep screwing up until they are an insignificant part of the political landscape. As it is they have way too much power/influence over America.

Why does news that portray Republicans in a negative light make some people sad, but they get giddy when it's about Democrats?
