12. They NYPD needs to be disbanded. They have been out of control for many years and

have become a real threat to the public. They are embroiled right now in so many scandals, involving shameful racism, corruption and brutality, that they are no longer worthy of any kind of respect from the public. They are ineffective as a force for good and are nothing more than a blight on that city.

I think it's time to join the Muslim Community on whom they have conducted illegal and prejudiced spying, to demand that they be completely disbanded and replaced by a force that actually works to protect rather than harm, the public who pays their salaries.

It's not like the NYPD has been without controversy over the last - well, forever - but this stuff hardly even stirs controversy, it seems.

This is not right.

I know most of you think Bloomberg is a lost cause, but I wish he would put an end to this.
