I think there would be a lot of bi-partison support among the public. And our representatives are there to represent US, right?

(22,239 posts)Although as far as I know, it was allowed via an FDA guidance memo rather than a law passing, so really, the FDA should (in theory) be able to say banning it still falls under their jurisdiction.
If Congress were to pass such a law, I would think the FDA would be required to comply as well.

(45,850 posts)many of them are for stuff that most insurance companies won't pay for unless you've tried just about everything else because they're over priced-Celebrex would be a prime example along with Nexium
and others by the time they're done listing off the side effects you're going and why am I taking this again????????
