Zimmerman defense a.k.a. "stand your ground"? As an attorney, I'll say she is aware of the laws and defenses of same.

there's something in the water or air in Texas that makes people really arrogant. People who are more self-aware can skirt the problem, at times, but it is always there, under the surface.

I got out of Texas right before bush privatized the oil that has supported Texas forever. The oil used to BELONG to the state, but that was too much like "socialism" or "Venezuela" for the bush crime family.

I still have a lot of friends and relatives in Texas. They're all rightwingers & teabaggers.

Actually, most of the cities have become pretty blue. Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, El Paso, Beaumont and all of south Texas went for Obama in 2012. Houston has a lesbian mayor who just got reelected for the second time!

These gun-toting morons actually believe that might makes right, and that having a firearm on their person automatically gives them the reason to use it to settle petty grievances if they on;y say the magic words, "I was in fear for my life,"


That bulldshit excuse ain't gonna fly when you are the one who starts a confrontation, or actively continues one once you are in no type of danger.
