E.W. Jackson, the failed Republican candidate for lieutenant governor in Virginia last year, appeared on the AFA's "Today's Issues" program recently where he complained that the mainstream media misrepresented his past statements and record in order to portray him as a "nutcase."

J.W. Jackson's Smoked Bluefish Paté (from Delish by Shirley Prada Craig)


5-6 ounces shredded smoked bluefish

8 ounces whipped cream cheese

½ tablespoon finely diced red onion

1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Dash of Worcestershire sauce if desired



1. Mix all ingredients together by hand.
2. Serve on plain crackers, pita wedges, or bagel chips.
