Kanye West alleged got into a fight with a teenage at a Los Angeles chiropractor’s office after the man called him the N-word and Kim Kardashian a “N*gger Lover,” TMZ reports.

Kanye and Kim were at a Beverly Hills medical building when they were surrounded by photographers. In the middle of all of this, an unidentified 18-year-old allegedly said to Kim, “F**k these fa**ot-ass n****rs,” referring to the paparazzi. The reality TV star replied by telling him it was not appropriate to use the N-word. He allegedly responded by screaming, “F**k you bitch. Just trying to help you. Shut up n****r lover, stupid slut.”
