The California Regional Water Quality Control Board has issued a cleanup and abatement order, the board said Friday in a news release.

The dairy is owned and operated by the Rego Family Trust, and located in Gustine, the release says.

The carcasses were found in the dairy's production area.

Other violations were found as well, according to the Water Board, "including eroded paths where wastewater had flowed off the property and into a nearby drainage ditch, excessive weeds and rodent holes, and multiple discarded veterinary medical supplies, including syringes," the release says. "Water Board inspectors found evidence of cropland being used as a dumping area for manure wastewater from the lagoon."

these things go hand in hand.

They also don't care about the environment - local or otherwise.

The most cruel operations are always the most dangerous to your health.

Our food system is a cruelty-rich disaster.
