Keep up with the "Traffic Study" meme Chris

You can't study traffic patterns if you have no traffic.

Nobody told the NY authorities before the study was started.

Nobody told the local police in Ft. Lee about the study before it was started.

An where is the documentation asking for and the results of the study?
