of the evil media & the M$M will meekly back down & he will ride this out with nothing worse than a few appointees being thrown under the bus.

Found out the truth tonight, such a heinous act has to be dealt with severely.

He did this to himself, and unfortunately innocents paid the price.

Just read that someone died, wow

"time for some traffic problems" or something.

Is that not admitting to manslaughter or something similar? Any reasonable person knows if you disrupt traffic on a major bridge, emergency services will be delayed.

8. I don't think he'll last

I usually fall on the "nothing will happen" side of the fence but not this time. This wasn't a personal mistake (caught with a prostitute, drugs, whatever) but something which affected real people. Traffic jams aren't a joke. Most people understand the frustration, they understand being late for a meeting, their kids late for school and the danger of police & ambulances not being able to respond in a timely fashion.

Rachel Maddow asked who redacted the emails and texts, turns out it wasn't the legislators, apparently they received the documents already redacted. What is in there? Direct link to Christie?

I think there will be evidence linking Christie to this because they were so blatant about this whole thing.

I don't think he'll be able to control this because of the national spotlight. I think the federal government will get involved because this involves an interstate bridge. New York had to end the lane closures and texts/emails shows that wasn't received well by this crew.

9. If he gets tied to having known about the traffic disruption plan, I can't see Christy surviving.

If he is found to have conspired and covered up, he has committed federal crimes.

and his silence today is killing him with the national media. He may survive, cuz this will be a distant memory when folks go to vote in 2016. I suspect he'll lay low, try and stay out of the spotlight, and gradually reemerge. JMHO.

All of them.

But this is New Jersey. I think (sadly) he'll survive this.* 2016? Not so much.

*Proviso: if this is just the tip of the iceberg, then maybe not.
