...which, sadly enough, seems to be a strong point (probably because so many corporate-filth types just LOVE marketing), it doesn't matter what the truth is.

Sound bites count (as much as it pains me to admit it), and they are the masters of the sound bite. We need a messaging seminar/intervention or something similar. Something to bring the majority of contact-point individuals on the 'same page' without being pre-generated Talking Points. A Methods of Communication class, maybe. Perhaps an online resource?
