office before he even wrote the article (the one's he references in his article).

The guy doesn't sound like a fool. Goldman Sachs has even more shit hidden, Greg Smith knows it. I suspect if Goldman goes after Smith he'll simply unleash the emails detailing the truly illegal stuff as well (beyond the moral scolding).
