There ARE more Republican governors right now and incumbents tend to be re-elected. However, we might score some big wins in OH, PA, FL and MI.

The opposition tends to gain ground in the states during the mid-term elections.
The turnout in mid-terms is typically far less than a presidential election. And the opposition tends to get their voters more energized than the party that is in power.

And if people hear about how their Gov is not willing to open up medicaid, those GOP assholes should get ousted.
