One BIG, GOOD difference between a PROGRESSIVE Dem presidential nominee and a "centrist"

Unlike a "centrist", the progressive Democratic nominee, as opposed to a "mainstream" one, would actually TRY to win control of Congress for the Democratic Party.

A "centrist" would be glad to see the Tea Party control the House(and even take over the Senate)because that would mean that the "centrist" incumbent, as was the case in the late Nineties, would be the only Democrat that mattered.

That's why we can't nominate a "centrist"...only a progressive nominee would care about getting the REST of the ticket elected.

1994(and to some degree 2010)proves this.
