When does insurance kick in if one doesn't sign up by the deadline tomorrow?

Suppose one doesn't sign up for insurance on the website until, say, next week? When does that insurance coverage start?

any later (and check that date, but its approx the middle of the month) and it will start March 1. And so forth, till March 31st. Then I believe you have to wait till November to have a chance to sign up again.

IOW, they request having about two weeks between enrollment and coverage; if you miss the two weeks, you have to wait till the 1st of the next month to be covered.
