This was proven the day one of her full grown bulls, a beautiful Limousine who was in my pasture she was leasing, walked through my fence with no problem at all.

Oh, it was tight and the posts were spaced correctly, but he could smell a cow in my friend's pasture across the road.

Ever seen that scene in Jurassic Park as the T-Rex stepped on the wires of the fence and they all went 'ping' one by one as he went past?

It sounded just like that. He only paused when he noted somehow that one of the lower barbed wires was the level of his equipment, if you know what I mean.

So he backed up and made that sure that fence was down low and sashayed across the road to do his lawful duty to that cow across the road.

The border fence is a psychological tool, nothing more and way to sway the ignorant and make money off of them.

15. The point of the fence is to Delay

It's not going to stop anybody with the know how. Now that this video has been spread, I am sure the Government is looking to go back and do some welding to increase the delay it takes to get in. The delay is give the Border Patrol time to identify and respond. The BP is not going to catch everybody.
