I think he really wants to be Treasury Secretary-- that's where his heart really is. And it could be that he has made a deal with Romney to be Romney's TreasSec, if it ever comes to that.

but I think he's really just getting the name out there to pave a road or his even-worse son, Rand to start running for the White House.
