but that would be admitting that they were wrong in the first place.

My recollection is that some papers have always run Trudeau on the editorial page, seeing his work as more akin to political cartoons than to recycled "Classic Peanuts" or the like.

Pulling it entirely is wrong. I completely agree with you there.
