Who hired the fake criminal interpreter at the Mandela funeral?

Cause, I am really pissed that such a criminal could be that close to the President of the United States...

violent mental episodes? A lot of people are making jokes about the fake sign language, but this is one of the most atrocious jobs of providing security that I've ever seen.

That was given the contract. They company claimed the need to have multiple interpreters because they could only spend 20 minutes translating and needed to rotate, so the bid was for many translators. Only this clown showed up.

whether he had to go past any security screening. If he did then he wasn't much of a threat.
