(146,317 posts)I don't know of any "Impeach Obama" movement that can afford a billboard.
Bogus, I'm pretty sure, especially from PunditKitchen.

(96,793 posts)Don't know that it takes a movement to pay for a billboard.

(27,787 posts)I have a neighbor who is a tea party guy.
He occasionally puts an "Impeach Obama" magnet on his car. So one day I asked him what specific charges should be used to "impeach Obama". He stuttered some, but didn't have any that he could share. Apparently, he did not think anyone would ever ask him that question.
So then I told him that I am donating to the Obama campaign, and I asked him to which of the GOP candidates he was donating ... which of the GOP candidates does he want to win the nomination. More stuttering. He has not decided.
So I told him I was looking forward to seeing the bumper magnet he gets for his preferred candidate, when ever he figures it out.
I get the sense that he knows that Obama will be re-elected. He seems very dejected.

I was just kidding, but I didn't expect the overeaction.

(24,461 posts)I'd be interested in what answer you get. Dollars to doughnuts they'll throw something in about "The Constitution", completely bypassing the fact that President Obama was a senior lecturer on Constitutional Law for 12 years.

(39,961 posts)Hell, if I had to choose between their nominees, I'd be dejected, too. Most of the Republicans I know don't have any idea who they will vote for. Many of them, I suspect, will just stay home in November. Nobody really wants Romney - he's just being forced on them.

(18,636 posts)but someone had enough in the petty cash drawer to rent a stupid billboard.

(28,762 posts)because he has a Muslim name. They believe Obama is not a US citizen because his daddy is from Kenya. They believe all we have to do is drill baby drill and the price of gas will drop.
You can tell them the true facts about any given subject, but their beliefs will not allow them to comprehend factual truth.
