Last year I blogged about a new study: the Journal of the American Medical Association confirms that exposure to air pollutantsin some cases for a single dayincreases the chance of heart attack.
A newly released study focused on industrial pollutants found that congenital heart defects are strongly associated with mixtures of toxic air pollutants. The list of toxins are the same toxins people are being exposed to in shale oil and gas areas.

(15,262 posts)2. Nail polish remover, dry erase markers, many products have the same chemicals.
Classrooms are unsafe, dry erase markers are sold as toys .... we have a long way to go in educating ourselves about harmful chemicals.

reads this. Those of us who have been raising the warning signs for years just have to keep pushing on.
Fracking is stupid in just about every conceivable way. Betting our future on fossil fuels at all is suicide.
