They'd likely compare the roll out of the ACA site to that of Medicare D, a pet project of the Republicans a few years back. There was ZERO beta testing of the site before going live, and the transfer of medical information slowed government computers down to the point that they were unresponsive at times.
Patients who depended on prescription meds to survive were having a difficult time getting them, putting their lives in danger.
Was this a big deal in the news at the time? No. The problems were resolved, and things began to function better within a short period of time, just like what's happening with healthcare.gov.
I'll just wait until the site works as intended, which I don't think will take much longer. More people will sign up, and more and more people will like what they see. Soon, happy people will drown out the complainers, and Americans will wonder why the GOP wanted to prevent people from having health care at a big savings. That will be impossible for the GOP to answer, because there is no logical reason for what they've done.
It will be just one more nail in the coffin for the Republicans and the Tea Party.
