Bill OReilly may not be defending Rush Limbaugh this week, however he did defend insurance coverage of Viagra rather than that of birth control.
Appearing Thursday on The View, OReilly weighed in on the debate as to whether contraception should be covered in President Obamas new health care initiative. The media personality said contraception use did not fall into the appropriate category for coverage, as defined by the Centers for Disease Control, while erectile dysfunction did.
"Viagra comes under the governments guidelines for a medical condition. Contraception doesn't," OReilly said.

I hadn't seen this most recent piece of ignorant spittle from O'Reilly posted yet.

(16,193 posts)Pregnancy (a sequelae of not using contraception) is a condition and they will use it against us if it happens to be "pre-existing". i.e. you are pregnant when taking up new insurance...sorry, many won't cover that.
O'Rielly is a freak.

(33,956 posts)For that reason, and that reason alone, NOBODY should subsidize his limp dick medicine...in fact, legislation should be proposed to ban him from this substance.
Ain't nobody want to fuck this loser anyway.

(1,267 posts)that contraceptives are often prescribed as treatment for MEDICAL CONDITIONS (ovarian cysts, etc.), whereas Viagra is ALWAYS prescribed as treatment for erectile dysfunction.
Hmmmmm.........trying to think of any uses for an erection other than the purely recreational one.........?
