If conservative republicans actually cared a whit about the unborn

they'd be clamoring to have insurance cover contraceptives.

But they don't give a rat's ass about "unborn children".

Recent events have put that into stark relief.

Most women who take the pill or use other methods of bc are doing so because they don't want to become pregnant. Most women who have abortions are having the procedure because they have an unwanted pregnancy.

So what is it that these anti-contraceptive folks want? They want to put the brakes on sex outside of "traditional" marriage. They want women out of the workforce and back in the kitchen. They want to turn back the clock.

All of the above are about as possible as emptying the Atlantic with an eyedropper but the cultural radical conservatives are too stupid and too zealous to grasp the obvious. The other republicans going along with this horrendous agenda are simply craven toadies to the party base. Hard to figure out who's worse, but one thing is clear:

They don't give a damn about the "unborn children" they bray about.

The phrase beneath contempt doesn't even begin to cover how I feel about them.
