“What section of the poor & disenfranchised have you yet to exploit for profit, & how are you working to address that?” tweeted Alexis Goldstein, communications director for The Other 98%, a nonprofit organization advocating for alternative economic policies.

I saw her before on Chris Hayes' Show and thought to myself, "he needs to bring her back a lot!" Mostly because of how she explained financial banking things with percents. Normally my eyes glaze over when people talk banking wall street things. But I understood her.

And yeah the Elizabeth Warren compassion works. When Senator Warren talks about banking complicated issues, I totally understand what she is saying.

I'm going to have to make a point to follow Alexis Goldstein.

Have seen her many times before, she's awesome.

First saw her during the Occupy era. I believe she's been on Democracy Now several times. She has also managed to get invited to a number of mainstream economic televised panels, no links sorry, but she is intelligent, articulate, and understands the pitfalls of Wall St. centric viewpoints. Well worth following, and thanks for the OP, happy to rec.

had it in the background. Glad I tivoed it. She is sharp.

I'm starting to like Chris more. He is very quick, very well informed and had some lobbying guy on along with a salon journalist and Chris talked against this guy the whole time. Asked him the same question about 8 times and he filibustered propaganda instead of having a conversation with Chris. Chris was gracious at the end and the guy was an archetypal Republican bully.

I'll be looking out for Alexis.

John Fugelsang is going to be on Ed Schultz and Stephanie Miller tmrw. I liked John before, sexy liberal and all that, but I found out recently he went to my High School ten years after i did.
