Congress’s approval rating hits new low: 9 percent

Congress is now in the single digits, according to Gallup.

After seeing its approval rating fall to an all-time low of 10 percent in 2012, Congress has hit an even lower low: 9 percent.

Their ratings were higher while enacting at least PART of the President's agenda. And took a giant shit when they started obstructing. Now they have pulled the chain on themselves.

week in Kansas City. Why do these crooks take a chance of getting caught and spending time in prison, when all they would have to do is run for congress?

...you have to have standards. Suitably low standards. And as with most cops, you also have to have a willingness to use one's position to inflict pain and suffering upon others. Preferably older/minority/gay/poor Americans who aren't likely to fight back very well.

- Apparently an armed robber's standards would be way too high for most Congresscritters.....
