I consider myself better informed than most people I know, but know people more talented, better leaders, more generous, braver, and in many ways superior to my own talents. Sort of a silly poll.

Morally and ethically? Daily. Every time I see a republican on TV.

Because the truth is whenever i start to think that way I know that it's bullshit, All people carry their own brand of suffering and being that i cannot and do not walk on water, It is not my place to judge anyone,My place is to hold them in compassion, do what little i can to help, And try to learn their story so as not to put myself in that situation or share what i learned from their knowledge to share with others.

others?

I am so much better than a lot of other people and think it every day. Like most republicans, for example. On the other hand, there are so many people who are better than I will ever be - which I also think about.

But I do pity those who can't understand the things that I understand--not in an overbearing way, but I am sad for them. Money, on the other hand, means nothing unless you use it--either use it to create something good, or give it away to those who need it more than you do. There is no reason that we should have private planes at our disposal when someone else might not have food on the table.

...today, given the number of idiot teabaggers roaming around.

Seriously. I sometimes wonder if human beings are a failed experiment. I don't feel "better" than anyone. I don't think that's the appropriate phrasing. However, I feel that there are so many mean people out there, so many corrupt people and a ton of willing lemmings.

I feel alone in my thoughts and beliefs a great deal. I'm not religious. In fact, I am surrounded by lots of religious people who believe that everyone is going to hell except for the "right" kind of Christians. I believe we are spiritual, but we don't have all of the answers. But...oh, hell no...don't say that out loud!

I feel that most human beings are on the wrong track. I'm not perfect. I wouldn't even say that I'm on the right track. However, at least I'm self aware and willing to ask questions about the universe.

I mean, really. Take me to a place where idiocy isn't so rampant and where psychopaths aren't in control of our the government.

I don't feel better than anyone. I just feel tired of all of this.

I'm an electrician with 25 years experience. I work with people half my age and my boss is 10 years my junior.
My boss may have more business savvy than I do, but I run circles around him as far as the field work goes.
Seems like I'm teach somebody something on a daily basis. So yeah, I feel pretty good about myself most days.

I've long given up trying to understand people.

Am I "better?" It simply doesn't matter to me.

If random shit is falling out of the sky best thing to do is get out of the way.
