Issa Subpoenas Sebelius For HealthCare.gov Documents
House Oversight Chair Darrell Issa (R-CA) has subpoenaed Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, demanding that she give the committee a host of documents related to the website's troubled launch.
Issa is requesting any documents related to the website's technical problems, the testing that took place before its launch and any enrollment data that HHS might possess, according to a Thursday release from Issa's office.
The Administrations failure to provide answers about what led to the disastrous launch of HealthCare.gov and what is being done to fix it is completely unacceptable, Issa said in a statement. The evidence is mounting that the website did not go through proper testing, including critical security testing, and that the Administration ignored repeated warnings from contractors about ongoing problems.
Sebelius must comply by 12 p.m. on Nov. 13. Issa had previously asked in an Oct. 10 letter for HHS to voluntarily give the committee the information and in an Oct. 24 letter threatened a subpoena.

Borscht Belt Republicans
Has anyone else noticed how much the GOP position on Obamacare resembles the classic borscht belt joke about the two ladies at a Catskills resort? Lady #1: The food here is so terrible, its inedible! Lady #2: And the portions are so small! Republican #1: Obamacare is slavery! Republican #2: And its so hard to sign up!

Issa is so easily ignored. He puffs and blows, accomplishing absolutely nothing.

there will be a large number of Repugs who will claim that the White House still didn't give them everything.
Even if Obama opened up all the doors and gave all the passwords to the computers, and there was nothing which would give them credibility, the Repugs would still say "It's not enough!"
