The Quality Of Our Police Seems To Be Lower These Days. Sheriffs Deputies Are Even Worse.

There seems to be a lot of unnecessary shootings anymore. And the brutality appears to be out of control. I am not sure what we can do, but lower quality people seem to be filling the ranks.

Is that most cops used to be normal people doing a tough job, Nowadays for the most part cops hang with cops and the social contact with the public is only on the job, What would a shrink say that might lead to? Un social behavior maybe?

And the smaller the worse it is.

3. I'm not sure.......

I've met a lot of our police officers where I live.........most seem like decent people when you talk to them. No excuse, but I think they are under a lot of pressure. That said, I believe a lot more screening has to take place due to the times we live in. Growing up, the cop was someone to look up to......not so much anymore.
